Short answer
Go back to your dorm to reach the end credits. This is the developer’s answer to a player who had finished winter, graduated and reached 100% on their save without unlocking “Complete the game.”
This is a narrow post-graduation check. It does not describe the ending’s story or claim that the save-file percentage is itself the achievement trigger.
What to do after graduation
- Check whether you actually saw the end credits, rather than only the graduation event or a 100% save indicator.
- If you have not, return to your dorm. Eastshade Studios points to that location in its reply.
- Check whether the credits begin, then check the achievement state afterward. The reply does not specify an extra object, button or exact delay, so no additional trigger is assumed here.
Expected checkpoint: the end credits. The developer identifies this missing step, but the questioner has not yet posted a success follow-up. We have not independently tested the unlock.
What if you already saw the credits?
The source does not resolve that different case. Record whether the credits played, your game version and the achievement state when reporting it. Do not restart the entire game or edit the save based on this answer: neither action is prescribed by the developer.
If you are physically locked in the dorm during an earlier scene, see the specific dorm-softlock fixes. Those earlier scene conflicts are not the same as a missing post-graduation achievement. Preserve a backup before any separate save troubleshooting.
Version and evidence
Checked 15 October 2026. Source: Steam PC question and Eastshade Studios reply marked developer. The player’s exact build is unstated. This is a developer-directed step, not a confirmed author follow-up, independent playtest or new screenshot.
